As a nurse in the Outpatient Psychiatry Clinics, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health needs. Your responsibilities will include gathering essential health information—such as vital signs, measurements, current health status, and medical history—for both in-person and telehealth appointments. You’ll also engage with patients via phone and electronic messaging to assist with medication refills, prior authorizations, resource referrals, and routine education and guidance related to their mental health care.
You’ll be part of a collaborative clinical team that includes Psychiatrists, Psychiatric APRNs, RNs, LPNs, Social Workers, and Patient Access Specialists, all working together to provide compassionate and comprehensive care.
